James Whelton Visit

CoderDojoCmx had a very important guest mentor this week as CoderDojo founder James Whelton paid a visit.
James provided inspiration & encouragement in equal measure as he took questions from a full house of coder
ninjas, mentors and parents at the weekly session.

James spoke of his inspiration in founding the CoderDojo movement and answered many questions on subjects as varied as game mods, development languages & tools and dojos worldwide.

After the Q&A session, James spent time with many of the HTML and Scratch Ninjas who showed him their work and gained a few valuable pointers from the man himself.

All participants, mentors and parents were extremely grateful to James for taking the time to visit CoderDojoCmx and we hope to see him again in the future.

we're all VOLUNTEERS

Mentors give their time freely to help build coding skills in the community.
If you'd like to help out, regardless of your skill set, send us your details.

Keep in Touch
